New Project in Historic La Grange!

We are excited to announce that demolition has started at our Kensington Ave project in historic La Grange, IL. This classic Queen Anne style Victorian is being renovated inside and out while restoring & reworking the charming original stair case, leaded glass windows, and solid wood pocket doors. This property was sourced by SPG and will be managed in a join effort with strategic parters for owner occupant clients via SPG’s “BUY & BUILD” service.
